What Makes a Good Day
Not a checklist but some components for a good day
A brief list I jotted down at some point in the past — found in the unorganised drafts of my notes app. This isn't prescriptive or a checklist but rather a list of components for a good day.
- Walking
- Reading
- Stillness
- Time with family
- Deep work
- Physical exercise
- Eating well
- Sleep
- Time for reflection
I've found that if my days have contained just a few of each of these then I can call it a good day.
